Wednesday Speed Work

For those of you that want little more sleep, a flatter course or like me may be a little too old/slow to keep up with Jeremy and the cool kids, come join us for some speed work at Sunset Park. You are welcome to join any of us for our workouts or program your own.

We’ll start with 1 to 2 miles warm up on Sunset Park’s bottom loop, meet in the parking lot next to the entrance.

Las Vegas Runners Meetups are free and open to all. Walk, jog, run or crawl, you’re welcome to join us anytime. The warmup is run together and then we break up for our individual workouts and you’re always welcome to make it shorter or longer. See you Wednesday!
